What are all the different types of antennas you see on Navy ships for?

Some ships like carriers and destroyers have an almost endless array of antennas on their masts. Does anyone know where I can learn what all of those do? I know about the Aegis combat system and I can identify the big air search radars, but there are tons of smaller radars, dishes, domes, and antennas I'd like to learn more about.

i was grappling brazilian ju jitzu, and someone accidentally collided his back of his head with mine, and it rocked me for a second, and then i felt a lil amnesia , but than felt fine, could it be a concussion?,, idk, my forehead now is getting super swollen almost like a hematoma, but not quite that big, so i think it might be serious, bump looks lil red.
